Hi, I'm Jennifer, a therapist in California. And I'm here to be your guide on your journey toward authentic living.
With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I specialize in helping people who are ready to explore their emotions, confront the past, and rediscover their authentic selves. Whether you're brand new to therapy or have been on this path for a while, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
In my practice, I believe in a personalized approach to therapy, which is why I draw from a diverse range of modalities to best support each individual or couple on their unique journey.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors. Then, from an attachment lens, we can assess the dynamics of connection and intimacy in your life, to guide you towards healthier relationships with yourself and your partner. This will help you to finally figure out why you do what you do.
If you’ve experienced trauma, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to guide you through a transformative process of deep healing and empowerment.
With this integrative approach, I will empower you to peel back the layers of what’s going on in your life to find relief, awareness, mindfulness, self-compassion, and finally, healing.
